Dine In & Tableside Service

Dining Room Flow & Physical Space

Restaurant operators have modified their floor plans to allow for safe social distancing and create a traffic flow map to dictate safe travel within the restaurant. Modified floor plans are included in the training process and posted for employees to reference throughout the restaurant. If possible, consider outdoor seating and increase the air circulation throughout the restaurant to minimize stagnant air. We have also added the following protocols to help provide social distancing, 6-foot social distancing between tables, red standing circles on the ground with social distancing to enter and limited capacities to dine in restaurant.

Hand sanitizer provided all around the restaurants, including but not limited to guests dining tables.

Mask Usage

In accordance with Illinois guidelines, as of August 26, 2020, guests must wear their masks while interacting with wait staff and other employees. This is for inside/outside, and includes when orders are being taken, when food is being served, and when items are being cleared from the table.

Service Standards

Single-use menus are available for guests to use. Additionally, digital touchless menus are provided for guests.

Dining tables and counters are fully cleaned and disinfected after each guest leaves and before another party is sat. Hosts are notified when a table and its surrounding areas are cleaned and disinfected before seating a party. After the table, bartop and seating area is disinfected, we use a UVC wand as a final step to ensure that all surfaces are sterilized.

Dining tables and counters are not preset with place settings prior to guest arrival. Guests should be given disinfected and cleaned glassware, plates, and pre-wrapped or contained flatware upon seating.

Our mission statement is to observe and honor all City/State mandates, sanitation codes as advised by CDC, while maintaining B. Hospitality Co. standards in hospitality and avoid creating a sterile lifeless experience for our guests.
